· Clean hard plastic with it.

· Oil hinges with it.

· Use it to change washers on the sink. It is an excellent lubricant and helps to counter the hard water buildup on the threads. It doesn’t take much.

· Shine up stainless steel with it. Just dab some mineral oil on a paper towel prior to shining.

· Clean wooden cabinets with it. Sticky fingerprints will be removed.

· Add lemon juice to it to use as a furniture polish.

· Treat butcher block surfaces with it.

· Use on soapstone counter tops to keep them looking new.

· Make new clay pots look aged by applying mineral oil.
